Local products
Provence is known to be the orchard of France by being the 1st region producing cherries, figs, strawberries, melons and grapes. You will enjoy discovering the taste qualities of these products by browsing the Provencal markets and going to local producers.
The black truffle is one of the emblems of the Luberon, supplier of 70% of the production in France. This popularity is reflected in the buzzing crowds who flock to markets at Richerenches, in the heart of the Papal Enclave, or in Carpentras between November and March. Your senses will be exacerbated in the museums dedicated to truffles and your taste buds in the restaurants according to your culinary experiences. Depending on the season you can also experience the “cavage” (truffle research with a dog).
During your wanderings you will not fail to observe the beauty of the olive groves and stop in an oil mill to test the local production. Olive oil is one of the markers of Provençal cuisine in the same way as aromatic herbs and garlic. We also offer you an initiatory walk on aromatic plants in a farm.
Cooking lesson with a starred chef
There are Provençal cooking classes taught by starred chefs, for a day or an afternoon, with the possibility of closing it with a gourmet lunch or dinner. Classes can be private or group.

The chief understands that cooking begins with selecting the best possible products so join him in the market as you learn how to choose the highest quality products and how to combine different products to bring out the best that each one has to offer. The secret to success in the kitchen includes bringing passion and love to cooking.
